Born in Poland, raised in Africa, Paula Ablondi traveled the world at a very early age.

She was fortunate to be able to taste a variety of authentically prepared cuisines, whether in local homes or in the simplest or finest of restaurants.

It's not surprising that she would develop a strong passion and taste for flavors, food, and gourmet cuisine of all kinds, and for collecting recipes. This became a way of life.

Paula was a private chef for a prominent publicist and Doctor in Manhattan, where she was able to work with special dietary needs, catering parties, and performing the duties of a private chef 5 days a week.

She then worked as an associate Bakery Manager and Candy Manager at the world famous Bloomingdale's in New York City.

After pursuing a 15 year Human Resources career, she has finally decided to go back to her passion full time as a Personal Chef/Specialty Caterer.

Through the power of referals & word of mouth, Chef Paula has created the #1 catering service in the Franklin area.
