Thank you for your interest in Traveling Gourmet. We begin by scheduling a visit to your home and conducting a food interview, to discuss your likes, dislikes and dietary concerns. Traveling Gourmet then provides a menu of the entrees you have chosen. We then schedule a day to cook. We do all the necessary shopping, we prepare your meals in our state of the art commercial kitchen. In that one-day we will prepare your specialized menu, package menu items along with re-heating instructions and delivering your order.

Then all you need to do is look at your menu items and decide what you would like to eat. A short time later you will be sitting down enjoying a professional home cooked dinner.

Nutritional analysis on menu items is available upon request for those with dietary restrictions.
